APPLE Schools recognized among Top 100 Global Education Innovations

APPLE Schools has once again been recognized among the top 100 education innovations worldwide, earning a place in the 2026 HundrED Global Collection. This marks the fourth time APPLE Schools has been selected for this honour, following previous recognitions in 2019, 2023, and 2024.

“We share this celebration with the teachers, staff, and kids we’re proud to partner with – those who create school environments where well-being and learning go hand in hand. At APPLE Schools, we believe that when health is part of the school culture, children feel better, learn better, and grow into confident, capable leaders.”

Jenn Flynn, Executive Director

Each year, HundrED identifies and celebrates 100 of the most impactful, scalable, and sustainable innovations in education from around the world. For the 2026 collection, over 800 innovations were submitted and reviewed by more than 250 Academy Members, including educators, researchers, and students.

APPLE Schools will celebrate this milestone by sharing #100StoriesofAPPLE throughout the year — featuring inspiring stories from schools, mentors, and partners that showcase the program’s impact and innovation in action.

Do you have a story to share? Maybe it’s a classroom project, a personal health initiative, a fun activity in the lunchroom or playground, or a moment that shows how you or your family lives the APPLE mission. No story is too big or small! Please consider sharing it with us below.

We’re also thrilled to share that our Executive Director, Jenn Flynn, will be featured on a HundrED podcast, where she’ll dive into APPLE Schools’ mission and the impact of our work. The episode will air on November 20, 2025 — stay tuned and catch it on our website and social media channels!
